My mother does not approve of my coffee-drinking habits.
"It's very bad for your health, you know," she says (among many other things). And Obedient Daughter (tm) that I am, I nod and smile at everything she says, and then go about having gallons of coffee as usual. This is a pattern that never varies.
This morning I was down in bed with MONSTER HEADACHE OF DOOM (which is the latest of Things I've Had in the past few days) for no apparent reason. She asked me if I have been having enough coffee.
