Your timing is impeccable! I just watched the pilot last night. The pilot didn't impress me, I have to say. But I wasn't aware this was a JJ Abrams show, which explains a lot.

I've had mixed reactions to JJ Abrams shows: Alias, I loved, because it was cracky but also a bit campy (like Seeker in a way!). Lost, I eventually hated, because it was cracky but seemed to take itself terribly seriously. I'm not quite sure which way this one is headed. But I will keep going for a bit, because I like what you've described of Olivia's character (she was a little two-dimensional still in the pilot, but that's to be expected).
