Kalinda and Alicia break my heart so much. They both clearly NEED that friendship - they're just so good together, and I don't want to watch Kalinda going about like a heartbroken puppy while Alicia mopes about how she doesn't have any friends. :(

Diane is the BEST. I love how all throughout this season she has been very clearly the one in charge - the one who asks everyone to fix their crap , and do it now.
