JM was AMAZING this episode. Man, role of a lifetime, huh? All the things she gets to do, and so quietly. And Diane has always been this there-for-her-but-not figure, trying to be a mentor but not always finding the way that Alicia needs to hear it. That was quite the (un?)veiled threat there at the end.

Definitely needs more Alicia and Kalinda talking things over!
