True/False

What on earth is an 'authentic House/Wilson' story? Can there be an inauthentic House/Wilson story? Is there some authenticity criteria no one told me about? Some manual, perhaps? Can it be bought, or do I have to be a part of some secret underground organisation to access it? *worries*

Well, you will be happy to hear that you have now officially gotten past what is generally regarded as *the* worst BSG episode ever. (Although S2 remains hit or miss until the last 3 eps, where it *really* picks up again.)

Lee is never quite this bad again, but I'm afraid I was never able to enjoy him much after this. So now you know where my dislike of Lee and Lee/Kara comes from. LOL.

Well, I'm willing to forgive TPTB - after all, they've delivered an incredible 12-episode run of awesome (14 if you count Kobol's Last Gleaming). But ARGH LEE. I've been irritated with him ever since the pseuicide episode, but RIGHT NOW? DIE. His pain is that he turned his pregnant girlfriend away in Caprica, and that he has been sleeping with a hooker here to compensate while he also flirts with Dee and gets jealous when Kara sleeps with other men???? ARGH. He really is nothing like his father.

He also has daddy issues as part of his man!pain, and it irritates me to NO END. Because, you know, GROW UP ALREADY, LEE! /rant off

I found the daddy issues endearing in S1, because, to be fair, Kara also has them, and the Kara/Adama relationship is one of the most interesting things about the show as far as I'm concerned. And I found their sibling rivalry endearing too. But this episode seems to imply that Lee turned away his pregnant gf because of his daddy issues, and has beeen trying to make up for it by trying to be daddy to that little girl and not doing very well with that. SO WHINY OMG.
