Huh. That is bizarre. Personally, I'm not sure what would compell a person to paint any room this color, never mind a whole hospital. Good Lord.

It's not *just* orange. It's a pale yellow *and* orange, which makes the contrast even *worse*. It's a monstrosity, that's what it is.
