I cooked!

Well, okay, I boiled chicken in a pressure cooker. And then I made soup. And called my mother fifteen times asking for directions.

But! I cooked! Greatness, here I come!

As someone who would happily eat chicken three or four times a week, I'm glad to learn that you're off and running on the feed yourself program.

Yes, although I have my mother to thank for it. Who hammered the point in my head and forced me to buy utensils.

Also, it's the feed yourself (and three other friends) programme. *g*

If you can cook a chicken in a pressure cooker (or roast it, which is what I often do) you can do all kinds of things with cold chicken. Just saying.
