but she does feel responsible for an awful lot, sometimes unreasonably so.
Well yes, that was what 'Humpty Dumpty' was all about, wasn't it? Cuddy wouldn't be Cuddy if she wasn't so unreasonably responsible about everything that happens within a five mile radius.
I'd love to know you're thoughts on that now. *puppy eyes* I'm quite interested.
It's a trick the writers picked up the last season. S4 was freakily well-written,and someday I'll write about that, but I think I'm seeing elements of that foreshadowing here again (let's keep this post spoiler free - but I think you'll know where I'm coming from):
- the House/Thirteen argument about 'deserving', an obvious reference to the baby plotline; - the little House/Cameron scene, showing how their relationship has grown and the Chase scene, showing how *he* has grow. There's something very... angry and edgy about him right now, with all those unresolved issues between him and House and Cameron, and this *will* come into play later on; - the Wilson/Cameron scene - I'm not talking about this in a shipper-y sense (though I wouldn't mind the ship), but there's some nice continuity there, and I think this will play a greater part in the episodes to come;

These things stood out to me at first watch.
