I'll admit to thinking that a little snippet scene near the end between House and Wilson would have been fulfilling for me, but, at the same time, it's hard to squeeze in so much, and I'm looking forward to some good fanfiction to fill the gap. It's not something that needs to be seen because we know how House and Wilson care about each other, but sometimes it's nice, even a tiny bit. But that's not really something that made me think the episode wasn't anything special. It was really more of a general feel.
