I heard this on the radio this morning. Harold Pinter and Eartha Kitt.
I spent a chunk of my younger time as a theater person, and worked on several productions of his stuff. Generally, when you're involved in a show, by the end you know all the lines, even if you're a techie, but the thing I remember most clearly of him isn't what he had his actors say, but the spaces in between the lines.
