There has been ongoing drama on the topic you already know about, made all the more drama-filled by the Russian-nationalist (or anti-Russian nationalist, it's hard to tell!) DDOS that seemed to cripple LJ for days on end.

I will catalogue the post-HP7 madness with great glee! I'm looking forward to it!
