swatkatThe end of holidays (however unofficial) - the very idea that you have to get back to the grind (and submit three papers by the tenth) - is depressing.
Almost as depressing as buying shoes. Especially when everything you like is either not your size or freakishly expensive.

Date: 2007-10-22 06:12 pm (UTC)Re. holiday: both, actually. It was an unofficial vacation, taken on the occasion of this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Durga_Puja). It *is* a religious thing, though more of a *festival* than strictly worshipping (especially for someone like me - spiritual-but-not-religious-except-occasionally). 'Tis over now, and now it's time to return to university and Education. *sigh* (yes, you can ask me more questions if you wish to *g*)
