I don't watch a lot of vids, but I followed a rec from topaz_eyes and watched House Season 4 Trailer by foxestacado. It's a fabulous vid - not very long, but one that manages to capture the *epic* feel of the finale, juxtaposing scenes from '97 seconds' with 'House's Head'/'Wilson's Heart', pointing out the parallels. More importantly, the Amber arc as a game spiralling out of control (with the glorious House/Wilson argument in background, just in case we miss it)... Did I mention it's fabulous? Most of the vids I watch are shipper vids, which I ♥, but this vid captured the medical thriller aspect of the show, which, again, is wonderful. Seriously, go watch it.

Maybe I'll post one that says 'I wish Wilson/Amber never happened. Because then she wouldn't have to die.'

Sigh. Tell that to the rest of the world. And you know, I understand *not* liking them, particularly from Chase&Cameron fen. I miss the Ducklings too, I miss their chemistry in particular, which the new team doesn't have yet. But I *like* the new Ducklings and I think Season 4 has been an excellent season, with very few weak episodes - but somehow saying that out loud is blasphemy. /rant

PS. I agree with that FS too. I loved S4 and I really like the new ducklings. *whispers* I never liked Cameron that much, I thought she was too whiny and I think 13 is waaaay cooler!

I like Cameron too! But yes, I agree, Thirteen is awesome. I fell in love with her in '97 seconds', and it has grown over the season. *g*

Oh, and thanks for the vid rec! I rarely bother with vids I have to download (too much work for something I'm probably going to dislike most of the time), but this one turned out to be quite nice: not shippy, very meta, and no song lyrics to decipher!

Oh, the hostility! The crazy! It's died down a bit since the finale, but it's still there, in messageboards and various comms. My flist, thankfully, is quite sane.

I think S4 was fabulous. And now that my internet is dead, maybe I'll go ahead and do the rewatch I've been planning.
