+ Everybody has new clothes. Maybe Uther has come into a lot of money and ordered new clothes - including new nightgowns for Morgana - for everyone. I approve. Especially of Uther's new black, mmm.
+ Shirtless Arthur. This does not require further commentary.
+ But is it just me or the show just got gayer? What was UP with the scene with Gaius and Merlin, with Merlin being all, 'I just want Arthur to looove me', and Gaius being 'He loves you, he just doesn't know it yet, just give him some time.'
+ I ♥ Cedric.
+ Aww, Arthur/Gwen. I love how she TACKLES Arthur (and in the process gives him an eyeful. btw, I approve of the cleavage).
+ Everyone in Camelot is stupid. Especially Merlin, Uther, and Arthur. In that order.
+ The slash dragon breathing knowledge into Merlin. This is where the Sister and I burst out laughing, and she said, 'This is the silliest thing I've ever seen.'
+ Why is Colin Morgan even thinner? Also noticed how the camera was making an effort to draw parallels between pale, translucent Merlin and pale, translucent Morgana.
+ THAT SAID, YOU KNOW WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH THIS EPISODE? THE COMPLETE AND UTTER LACK OF MORGANA. Oh yes, she was there, as was Gwen - but for like two seconds, and that's NOT ACCEPTABLE, SHOW.
+ HUGGING FTW. As is Morgana worrying about Gwen not loving her anymore, aww. (I love how both Merlin and Morgana spend a significant amount of time wondering whether Arthur and Gwen love them anymore.)
+ I also want to hit Gaius. The sheer contrast between his treatment of Merlin and of Morgana is just... ARGH. Merlin's powers need to develop, and Morgana's don't? She is going out of her mind, and he still would rather drug her and ask her to stay in bed?
