+ Prompting is still open at the femslash_kink kink meme. I couldn't help but notice that it is severely lacking in prompts in f/f active fandoms like Merlin and BSG (more Seeker would be nice too *hinthint*).

+ If you're planning to participate in femslash10, now is the time to go and vote.

+ Casting for the upcoming Starz show, Camelot. Interesting. But why are all the articles referring to Morgan Le Fay as 'Morgana'? Is this the Merlin effect? More importantly, if Spartacus is anything to go by, can we expect the wizard Merlin and the powerful sorceress Morgan to have a lot of 'we hate each other but also like to sleep with other' screentime? Not to mention Arthur/Morgan and Arthur/Guinevere/Lancelot? Because I would happily watch that show.

I'm sad that Merlin isn't getting more votes at the femslash10 poll, but pleased that LotS is doing so well.

I hope the enthusiasm translates into actual fic. While the fandom has been pretty active lately, I look forward to the femslash10 quality - it's usually always top-notch.

I fear that Merlin won't be in the main list this year, but I guess we can still put it in our wildcard entries? In the end, it will all depend on the actual participants, the requests made and the number of offers.

Nope. I checked a couple of times, but the mods haven't mentioned anything. If they're anything like last year (due date was mid-July), I won't be able to participate. :( Although, it's starting a bit late this year, so let's see!
