Well, I watched TGP 4.1 after everyone else in the universe watched it, and I am... conflicted? Like. It was funny. And I think it has the opportunity to do someone wonderful job with Simone this time around, who was simply FUN (and a nice contrast to Eleanor who now has to be responsible instead of destructive).
But I will admit that with this being the last season and the whole lot of PLOT to be resolved here, I don't think they will address any of my prior issues with the show - ranging from the sidelining of the humans (except Eleanor) to granting very little emotional depth to them (except Eleanor). And that will be... unfortunate.
ANYWAY we'll see.
I also cannot believe I am saying this after this many years, but I am kind of looking forward to Supergirl returning. I have been watching S2 for reasons* and can I just say this version of Superman is kind of a dick? I know it has a lot to with the fact that they contrast him with Alex, who is the best fictional elder sister anyone could ever ask for, but he's distant in a way that just grates on me.
*Supercorp. Supercorp is the reasons. Why else would I subject myself to Mon-El?
