I was actually spoiled for this – by a [insert curses here] person in RL (what kind of a person says, 'You like Desperate Housewives? Did you know Rex is going to die?' the very first time you talk about the damn show?) – and I stopped myself from reading the transcripts. I've been dreading and imagining this ever since (how does he die? maybe he doesn't. I hope he doesn't die. so on). Right now, I don't know what to say.

Oh wait, I do: DIE, GEORGE. YOU FUCKING BASTARD.

Oh, Rex! I miss him so. And Bree/Rex! However, since DH is, after all, the Big Gay Show, there's still Bree/Lynette and Edie/Susan for me.

Hee. I accidentally spoiled myself on that (generally I'm Spoiler Queen - but I've been making an exception for this show) - not how, but what, so I guess I should be pleased... but still, killing of Rex? Not good, man. He is pretty. And Bree/Rex is awesome. *sobs*

There seems to be a lot of Bree/Lynette out there, but there's no way I'm reading fic w/o recommendations. Edie/Susan, of course, is a different thing altogether (OTP!!!1! *squee*). *g*

There's plenty of Bree/Lynette, but definitely avoid anything not recc'ed. I'll be sure to let you know if I come across something I think you'll like. There's a horrible paucity of Edie/Susan, though, so I may have to do something about that.

I *was* quite fond of Bree/Rex. *Sniff* But Gabby/Carlos has become quite fun this season. They're in a triangle which is just so sick and wrong and hilarious I can't believe it. Plus Gabrielle got to utter the best line of the season so far. I'll remain vague about the details, though.

I was so incredibly bitter they offed the only husband/male on the show I loved (Mike whuh?), but at least if you like the housewives you're sure they won't be killed off! Well.

There's plenty of Bree/Lynette, yet my only rec would be faithinthepoor's short series. The rest is usually one-shots during a B/L affair. Which is too bad, since seeing Bree coming to terms with the start of it would be the best thing ever.

As for Susan/Edie, there's twostpsforward, but I think only one fic has ever been posted. Huh. Then again, the first five or so eps of S2? Are chock-full of Susan/Edie. There's never been as much. You'll love it.

But Gabby/Carlos has become quite fun this season
Oh, my love of Gabrielle? And Gabby/Carlos? Has shot up like woah this season. There is MUCH LOVE. Ditto on the triangle. Hee!
