Argh

I've been jonesing for some good House/Wilson for days, but all I seem to find is fluffy fluff fluff. Or sap. Or soul-crushing angst about House's addiction and pain and golden-hearted!Wilson.

Anyone got recs? I've read most of the most popular fics, and there's just too much of it out there to dig out the gems the way I try to do for House/Cuddy. Please?
