You know what? Now I'm pretty darn sure that she was the one who pointed HTF's ard.com site to Zone 3, which prompted the C&D.(Info here, for those of you don't know. It's a link to MR again) Bitch.

Has anyone slogged through her site recently? Does she have copywright-protected pictures on it? Pics from shows? Can she be reported for doing exactly what she (presumably) reported HTF for doing?

I'm quite sure that she is violating several copyrights on her site, but it needs someone more dedicated to the cause than I to wade through all that garbage, lol!

As far as I know, if I take a photograph of RD, it belongs to *me*, and not RD. Anyone using it without my permission is violating copyright. If she'd used them for commercial purposes, then I'm pretty damn sure she could've been sent a C&D. She's not using it for commercial purposes, but she *is* claiming something that does not belong to her, so I suppose she could be rapped for that as well. But the action has to be taken by the individual owners of the photographs, and I'm not sure if anyone is willing to go that far.

At one time, she had stolen an article by Kadyn and put it up without credit. Kadyn complained, and as she is/was a "legitimate" writer, Nyky was kicked off her server (which is why Kadyn is specifically mentioned in the "h8ers" list).

But, as you said, it has to the the original holders of the copywrite. Tripod won't deal with third parties (I know, I've tried). And stolen fanfiction, being that gray area of "legit/non-legit", won't be considered by Tripod as plagiarism.
