Yesterday, on my way to my uncle's place, I boarded a ramshackle DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation, owned by the government) bus that had the following inscriptions behind every seat:

*Look under your seat
*There could be a bomb
*Raise alarm
*Earn reward

I would be amused by the paranoia, if not for things like this.
