I was looking for a video of Usain Bolt's 100 m record, and this is the only one I've found so far (YouTube is full of crap, don't even bother). The commentary is probably in Chinese, but the quality is pretty good, and they show an adequate number of slo-mos.

I'm v. excited about the 200 m event.

ETA: USAIN BOLT! 19.3 seconds... that's a world record, isn't it? The best part is, he was just so far ahead the person who finished second. It's amazing.

Also he has nice shoulders.

ETA 2: MELANIE WALKER! I think that was another record. Olympic record.

He is definitely amazing. My favorite world record so far, other that him, has been the Russian pole jumper who made the 5.05 - she was adorable, and had the entire stadium cheering her on.

I haven't seen any of the pole vault events, except the few glimpses they were showing during the 200 m warm-ups!
