For the record, I'll always be on Cuddy's side.

I'll post a longer thoughtful entry sometime later, but here's a brief incoherent reaction post for now.

* STOP HURTING, CUDDY, SHOW. I don't understand, why has EVERY Cuddy episode we've EVER had been about TORTURING her and MAKING HER CRY? I CANNOT HANDLE THIS OMG

* Not that I expected her to get the baby. BUT. *whimpers*

* How amazing was Lisa Edelstein in this episode?

* House, you jackass.

* Angry Cuddy FTW! I *love* it when she's angry - LE just plays righteously angry Cuddy *so* well.

* And now for a moment of complete shallowness: HOT KISS WAS HOT.

* Skutner!

* I'm loving the growing Thirteen/Taub dynamic. They're getting personalities now, and that's awesome. Go Thirteen for knowing what she wants! And aw, Taub with that little dolly on the bed.

* Polishing apples! And I love that Wilson was a off-screen friend to Cuddy in the episode. She certainly needed one.

* Cameron was excellent in this episode. As was Foreman, diagnosing and sympathizing with Cuddy (I believe hihoplastic wrote that story. heh).

* I love that the episode continued with a lot of season's themes.

* Serafian's arty camera was mostly interesting, but I HATE the shaking camera and the gratuitous close-ups. Close-ups work well when used sparingly.

* Cuddy was positively aglow. Oh.

* I liked the mother, actually.

* I'd always envisioned a more 'fun' House/Cuddy kiss, actually, but I guess we'll have to do with desperate, pathetic kissage instead. I'm not complaining. *g*

* Man, the shippers will go crazy now. I wonder what they're saying over at house_wilson now.

* CUDDY.

* David Shore should go and open a Gloom and Doom club with Ron Moore. And make Joss Whedon honourary president.

What I like about Surfthechannel is that it does NOT make you download its own viewer to see the videos, which is a PITA. They're all either for Windows or Mac, with NO Linux option and NO way to just DL the files. Grrrump. STC.com is great for those of us who like LInux.

I cannot take tears, OMG. I knew she wasn't going to be happy, and you know, it's not as though I haven't watched shows full of doom and gloom, but there's something about this show that just makes you expect some shred of happiness... and then pulls the carpet out from under your feet. ARGH.

• I knew it was going to be Torture Cuddy Time and prepared myself…. And still totally cried, fuck you show
• LE was awesome, the scene when the mom tells her she changed her mind, and you get the whole reaction with just her eyes aghhhhhhhhhh. Also loved the scene in the restaurant when she’s looking for the girl and she has like hundreds of emotions playing in her face, the most obvious being scared shitless and hopeful (aw Cuddy)
• Going to the shallow end the kiss was HOT, made hotter by the fact that it was real and needy and desperate.
• I always laugh when the recapper in TWOP talks about her nemesis Serafian. Truth be told, I’ve never had that much of a problem with him until this ep. WTF was up with all the close- ups??

And on a random note, Cuddy’s library grew right? I pretty sure it was smaller, and now it’s like the whole wall and has a tiny ladder and everything. To me that was almost as hot as the kiss (yes, I’m a huge dork). Like I said random, but if I think too much about the ep I’ll only end up sad and depressed again, my poor Cuddy.
