I have been a bit busy (and will continue to be so in the next couple of weeks), but here goes: swatkat.dreamwidth.org. I have queenzulu to thank for the code. *g*

It's very bare, and I haven't gotten around to adding any of you yet, but I will! At some point! And import my LJ and stuff!

Also, there's *already* DW wank. Why am I not surprised? *g*

You mean the outrage over some people *gasp* directing all comments on their posts to Dreamwidth? Or is there more fun I'm missing out on? I'm usually one to avoid wank, but I'm in the mood for some -- what's the word -- schadenfreude(?) today.

I set up an OpenID over there, but when I tried using it to leave comments, I found it really cumbersome and difficult. (For example, when you are logged in via OpenID, you can't turn off all those "adult content" warnings, so if you go to journals or posts with those settings, you're constantly having to click buttons right and left in order to read anything. It's a lot more annoying than seeing ads!)

So...if I ever manage to scrounge up a code, I will head over there and find you, but OpenID is a not a viable option for me.

You can turn off the adult content warnings if you edit your OpenID profile to include your year of birth and then in your account settings, under "Display" select the option to never warn for adult content.

Oh! Thank you SO MUCH. I had tried to change the adult content warning level in the account settings and found that all the non-warning options were greyed-out. It didn't occur to me that I could fix that by changing my profile, because I didn't think that OpenID people even *had* profiles!

Phew. That's an enormous improvement. The warnings are as bad as pop-up ads.

And OH! I SUCK SO MUCH. I am so sorry. I had a week of hellishness, but that's a bad excuse, but I read your fic! and it is AWESOME. And I wouldn't change anything. And I will email you right now more about it. Because it is awesome. And you are awesome. And I suck.
