+ So who thinks Lin/Tenzin pre-show is canon? *raises hand*
+ Aw, awkward and messy teenage romance. ♥ I understand this has led to vicious shipwars in Tumblr, but frankly, after the creepy, sexual harassment-y moment with Amon in the previous episode - and you cannot convince me the sexual undercurrent wasn't there; here's a man threatening a helpless sixteen year old girl that when the time comes, he'll do what he wants with her - this is precisely what Korra needed: normalcy. Not to mention a lesson in teamwork, and the fact that you have to talk about feelings (which she does. on one occasion, with her lips).
+ I can't be too upset over Bolin's heartbreak, because it was played so well - his misery and emotional eating, aw. ♥ It's interesting that a buff, ladykilling dude like Bolin displays some of these so-called feminine traits here, without it taking away from his masculinity in any way.
+ I'm glad Korra reached out to Asami in the last scene. She's really not the sort of person to hold a grudge for too long. I'd like to know more about Asami now - so far she has little personality beyond nice, rich girl who's also Mako's hot girlfriend, but I did find the timing of her bumping into Mako very interesting. Curious she just happened to bump into one of the members of a pro-bending team in need of a sponsorship, a team also featuring the Avatar, hmm?
+ I want a fireferret, please.
+ TAHNO IS MY NEW FAVOURITE CHARACTER.
+ Where is Lin Bei Fong?
PS: Private Lessons Feat. Tahno (Electro House Remix)
