jaybee65, I *really* like Bree. She gets more interesting with every episode!
I'm honestly surprised that I'm enjoying this show, and actually taking an interest in a character - but I am! *g* It's a good show. And Bree is fascinating. It would've been so easy for her to fall into the usual victim trap, but the writers have successfully managed to write her with enough faults of her own. I love how she gets everyone to open up to her, and yet won't say a word about herself, because saying would mean accepting, and she won't (can't) accept. And I suspect that a part of her *did* believe that it'll be alright - although maybe that part died when she went looking for a lawyer (she needs to meet Lilah, of course).
Yay!

I think Bree is by far the most complex character -- which is especially fun given that she started out as perhaps the most outrageous and cartoonish stereotype.
If you think she's fascinating now, though, I can't wait until you finish the whole season. *Bounces impatiently*
*snickers*

Bree - Bree has reached beyond that and surprises me. I bet she surprised the writers too. *g*
