m_jade8? I just saw Rang de Basanti, and wow!
It's *so good* to see such a well-done movie. The OST rocks, as does the cinematography. And so well-written! The plot actually makes sense, and has things like parallels and metaphors! The second half might appear a bit abrupt and simplistic (VERY SIMPLISTIC) - someone even said unrealistic, but by that time I was so in love with the characters that I totally bought it.
And speaking of the characters - dude! So. much. love. Every one of them, even Soha Ali Khan, whom I normally find annoying. I almost forgave Aamir Khan for Mangal Pandey - he plays this character half his age, and he makes you *believe* in that character. Those characters - they felt like us, they really did. And guh, Kunal Kapoor! He is so my new secret imaginary boyfriend! *dies*
Also, funny. Very, very funny. Watch it just to hear Aamir Khan sing 'Sue kar mere mann ko...'
In short, highly recommended. And take a tissue or two.
