I *finally* got to see X3. And wow... they just pulled out all stops, didn't they? A lot of spectacle, a lot of things blowing up a lot of people dying... but I would've liked some more story, please.

OMG how can they kill everyone off? This is not done.

That said, Logan/Jean is teh hawt and I love them, despite the melodramatic end. Of course, I also like Scott/Jean. And Logan/Scott. OT3!!1!

Charles/Erik OTP4evah, and it's obvious that the filmmakers agree.

Um. Don't know what to say about Rogue.

Angel is so pretty. I also liked Hank, and the rest of the mutants.

OMG why is everyone dead?

My official stance is that X3 Did Not Happen. Nope. There were wayy too many plot holes, and an all-around crappiness. Yes. Instead I shall wait and make "Wolverine" my X3.

That said, there was no "there" there, was there? It was all explosions and fighting and CGI - no real characters, no character interaction, character growth adn only the sketchiest of plots...

I like Logan/Rogue, I do, but I dunno - X3 kind of ruined it for me. I'm all for wantingtobecured!Rogue. But cured!Rogue? I'm not sure.

Yes, exactly. The only saving grace was Magneto, who was absolutely amazing.

I saw it last night! But I was pretty entertained all along. Only the ginormous plot hole at the end made me cringe.

except...MYSTIQUE. NOOOOO. I was so miffed when she got "cure-shot" so early. And yes, Magneto was AWESOME - loved the Charles/Erik bits too.

Oh. I didn't forget to stay until the end of the credits! Even if that scene was only 5 seconds long...

YES YES, and I convinced my date to stay for the credits that would NOT END.

You see someone in the school's infirmary, I think, and they shot it at an angle where you can't see his face. Then you hear Charles' voice from the man's body say "hello, Moira" and she goes "professor?' OMGWTF!!

God, the pretty! So.much.pretty. Logan and Jean are like... *flails* And things blowing up and cool special effects and CGI battles - it's got everything. Except for a story that, you know, makes sense.
