One day. One day I leave without my umbrella, and it has to rain that very day. I should mention that I was slightly more dressed up than usual, because I had been to a wedding. And the water was cold. Brr.

As for the wedding itself, it was bizarre. The girl who got married was a classmate of mine - the first in my year to get married. MARRIED. It's positively scary. Soon there'll be other people getting married, and maybe they'll be my friends and ACK MARRIAGE!

I'm a pretty imaginative person, but somehow I *cannot* imagine myself married. Or hell, even in a really serious relationship with, you know, commitment. And I like it this way! *hides under bed*

The guy is cute, though.

On a fannish note, would Elphaba really believe on the concept of soul mates? I mean, given her position on souls and all? Just curious. Because some fanfic authors really seem to think that way.

I am slowly going through all the back entries on wicked_fanfic as well as everything labeled as bookverse on ff.net. There's more decent stuff out there than I would have expected (although I suspect my refusal to read anything involving the musicalverse probably has a lot to do with it). When I get finished going through it all, I will list some recs.
