Figured I should do an update...
Dec. 29th, 2004 03:42 pmI'm perfectly alright, in case you were wondering, and so seems to be everyone else in the family. But after that, I don't really know. I don't think anyone *I* personally know has been affected, but I don't know if I can say the same for everyone else. If you look in this map (and sorry about the hideous colours), the two states right at the bottom of the peninsula, close to Sri Lanka, and the Andaman and Nicobar islands are the places that have been struck worst. While I do live near the sea, I live waaay up north (and so, far from the epicentre) to be seriously affected. The only thing that did happen in my state were waves higher than normal, and pond water making strange waves. That, of course, doesn't make things any better. *sigh*

HP fen, stop whatever it is that you're doing and read this fic:Finding Normal by
msgenevieve, H/Hr, NC-17. It's smut. Smut of the kind that makes me (yes, *me*, the "Smut? *yawn*" person in your flist) go "Water, where did I keep that damn water bottle". Don't think. Read.
